Community luncheons are free (though donations are appreciated) and open to the entire community.

The Klamath Community and Senior Center is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law exclusively for public benefit purposes.
The specific purposes of the Klamath Community and Senior Center are to
(a) offer classes for free or at low cost to the community;
(b) host educational events;
(c) provide artistic and musical events;
(d) provide general services to be used for the community benefit;
(e) perform these same services for the seniors (aged 55 and over)
The Klamath Community and Senior Center is NOT an event center and cannot be rented for private events.
The Klamath Community and Senior Center is looking for those in the community who wish to donate their time to teach a community class. All classes must be open to the public.
Examples of classes can be painting, crafting, book writing, website building, jewelry making and many other ideas.

The Klamath Community and Senior Center will host free and low cost events for the community.

On July 12, 2016 a joint meeting was held between the Klamath Community Center and the Klamath Senior Center Boards. At that joint meeting a motion was made to merge the two non-profits. That motion was voted on and approved. Over the next two years the paperwork was filed for the merger with the California Secretary of States office. On August 12, 2018 the merger was approved by the California Secretary of States office.
